Blog - Post Assessment

One of my favorite places to have a meal is at Red Lobster. They serve different kinds of sea foods. They serve lobsters, shrimp, pasta, and others for dinner. For lunch they serve tacos, chicken, salads, burgers, etc. As for their beverage they have the regular drinks and their specialty drinks.

My favorite meal to have at Red Lobster is their Shrimp Linguini Alfredo. It's shrimp in garlic Parmesan cream sauce in linguini pasta.  The founder of Red Lobster, Bill Darden, opened the first actual restaurant in Lakeland, Florida, in 1968. By the early 1970's the company began spreading in the southeast. For years they served guests fresh dishes which soon became their favorite. In 2014, Red Lobster finally became an independent company. Over years, their passion for seafood kept Red Lobster evolving. Today there are over 700 Red Lobster restaurants in America and Canada.

This is my favorite restaurant because my family and I used to go there a lot, even when I was younger. Their meals are delicious and the service there is very nice. If this restaurant were to ever close down, I'll end up eating at Olive Garden. Olive Garden is my second favorite in which they also have delicious meals. Although Red Lobster is very pricey, I enjoy eating lunch or dinner there as much as I can.
