Youtube users in Pakistan will be directed to a local version which will feature videos trending in their country.
They hope this will pave away for the work of local creators, musicians, and personalities to show their talent through the worlds largest video community.
This is seen as a possible step forward to end Pakistan's ban on youtube.
Pakistan has blocked many other sites before, such as Facebook. For two weeks the site was shut down, saying that the website contained what Pakistani authorities said to be bad content.
